As human life expectancy has improved worldwide due to better medical care, we are faced with increased incidences of coexisting glaucoma and cataract in our daily clinical practice. Treatment of such patients sometimes presents a challenge as surgical management is complex given the vast number of options available. Choosing the most favorable is vital as this will not only aid in significant recovery of vision but also help in arresting progress of glaucoma. The aim of this presentation is to provide an overview of different techniques and guidelines which will aid in management of concomitant glaucoma and cataract.
